Autumn Expressions' Workshop: a parent & a child

Baatein presents: "Autumn Expressions' Workshop" for parents & their children.

Dates: 31st August & 1st September, 11 am to 2 pm.

Venue: Kiran Nadar Museum of Art

We would like to invite 20 parents and their children to come to participate in this unique workshop, being organised by Baatein. 

Parent's age: no bar

Child's age: 8-15 years

Participation charges: Rs. 2000 per pair (a parent and a child).

About the workshop:

This workshop celebrates the beautiful bond a child shares with their parents.

With the ubiquity of smartphones and with routines becoming more occupied, we believe that our conversations are taking a backseat.

We are slightly old school and value the strength of a conversation and the passion that goes in it. We wish to revive storytelling, art, theatre and the oral culture of bedtime stories.

Children today have increased access to events and happenings around the world. A child is more informed and exposed to information today than before. Growing up can thus create confused understandings and the first person a child turns to is one's maa or paa.

We wish this workshop encourages stories to revisit our evenings. We want imagination to stifle those yawns and we want you to fill your child's world with creativity.

We want you to revive conversations again.
